Matilda the Musical is looking for a temporary Assistant Stage and Automation to join the UK tour at the early October 2018 until mid-January 2019.
As an Assistant Stage and Automation you will participate in the running of the department and performances to the highest possible standard. You will report directly to the Head of Stage and Automation, where you will take responsibility for the production's stage machinery, set and rigging as required.
The ideal candidate must have professional theatre experience with qualifications relevant to this post, and an understanding and practical knowledge of the principles of safe working practices of set construction and theatre rigging.
