We are currently seeking a Flying & Rigging Supervisor to join our Technical Team. This will involve focusing on the supervision of delegated flying and rigging teams, maintaining standards and developing performance. They will work closely with the Rigging and Automation Manager, Technical Show Managers and Production Managers to ensure the smooth delivery of delegated productions on stage. They will also support entrepreneurial ambitions of the company and assist Cardiff Theatrical Services to take advantage of commercial opportunities.
