We are looking for a Stage Resources Technician to join the team on a 22 Month FTC.
The Stage department is made up of teams of technicians comprising of Stages, Automation and Rigging. They are responsible for the safe delivery of the productions, maintenance and compliance.
This role is based in Stage Resources to manage the storage and asset tracking of all rigging and automation equipment including the inspection, testing, and maintenance. The successful candidate will run an internal ‘Hire shop’ to supply the demand from the Theatres shows and events and supervise resources technicians carrying out compliance related activity as appropriate. It may include working in all three venues and other NT spaces as required.
We’re looking for people with solid stage operational experience in a large-scale repertory theatre, or similar time in a Hire shop environment. If you have an excellent working knowledge and experience of counterweight and power assisted flying and of current Health & Safety legislation including LOLER, PUWER, risk assessment and working at height, please get in touch via the link below:
