Balancing Act: PIPA Work/ Life Survey

Parents In Performing Arts (PIPA) and Birkbeck, University of London are collaborating in a large first-of-its-kind survey across the Performing Arts workforce to help us understand people’s experience in their current roles. The data analysis will be undertaken by Birkbeck and will help PIPA to work towards securing increased provision for those with caring responsibilities, achieving greater flexibility in working practices for all and reviewing current policy to have the widest possible impact on the Dance, Music, Opera and Theatre sectors. In order to get the most accurate representation of the sector it is vital that as many carers, parents and non-parents take part.
